Cancellation (Retreats policy)

≤30 days before departure: 0% refund

31–60 days: 50% refund

>60 days: 100% refund minus the non-refundable deposit and a £50 admin fee

If we cancel (e.g., low numbers/force majeure): 100% of monies paid refunded within 28 days

Must cover cycling abroad, emergency medical, evacuation/repatriation, baggage and your bike
