#25: 5 MOUNTAINS OF DEVELOPMENT

In this Monday mindset episode, I’m bringing you something a little different — a framework I’ve been thinking about for a while now, which I call the Five Mountains of Development.

These are five areas that I believe form the foundation of resilience, balance, and self-leadership:

  1. Physical
  2. Mental
  3. Emotional
  4. Intuition
  5. Spiritual (as in values, not incense)

We break them down one by one — not in a floaty way, but in the real-life, boots-on-the-ground way I always bring:

  • Why stress, overstimulation, and busyness are crushing your mental clarity
  • How intuition is a skill you can train — and why it’s key for your decision-making
  • What “spiritual” really means in this context (hint: it’s about living congruent to your values, not crystals)
  • Why doing hard things is non-negotiable if you want to be more resilient
  • How to master transitions — like work to training — using a 60-second breathing practice that actually works

More than anything, this is a practical session to help you stop feeling scattered, distracted, and overwhelmed — and start rebuilding the mental muscle that makes everything else in life easier.

🎯 “It’s not just about workouts and salads. Resilience is forged through how you breathe, how you think, and how you show up when it’s hard.”

Three tasks. One challenge. Let’s get after it.
