#30: SORT YOUR LIFE OUT 1

 

Welcome to the very first workshop of the 30-Day Sort Your Life Out Challenge — and what a fitting date to begin. Monday, 1st September 2025. The most “Monday-est” of Mondays. A new week, a new month, and the start of the final quarter of the year.

Now, here’s the truth: the date itself doesn’t really matter. We could have started yesterday, in six weeks, or six months ago. But what matters is that we’ve chosen this point in time as a line in the sand — a moment to say: “Right, I’m going to make a change.”

That’s the beauty of this challenge. It’s about more than workouts or nutrition plans. It’s about sorting your life out at the foundation level:

  • Looking at your fitness and nutrition.

  • Stopping the “landfill” approach to your body.

  • Tightening up the habits that have slipped.

  • Building self-awareness around what’s really going on for you.

Because here’s the core message:
👉 If you sort out your body, you give yourself the platform to sort out everything else.

When you take care of yourself physically and mentally, you show up differently:

  • With more patience and energy for your family and kids.

  • With more clarity and confidence in your relationships.

  • With more presence and purpose at work — or the courage to decide it’s time for a new path.

You can change the external things around you as much as you like, but if the internal shift doesn’t happen, it won’t stick. Even winning the lottery wouldn’t change a thing if you didn’t change first.

This workshop was all about recognising that truth, taking ownership, and committing to making September the month we stop drifting and start building.
