A Taste of Tuscany

Trade city traffic for Tuscany’s iconic strade bianche, pale, rolling roads that thread through vineyards, oak forests and hill towns. This small‑group gravel week is designed for strong recreational riders who love big scenery, honest climbs and great food. You’ll be based at a countryside property with a pool, riding curated routes by day and sharing long dinners by night. I will set an inclusive pace, regrouping at climbs and coffee stops so everyone gets the photos and the views.

Across five to six ride days you’ll sample classic Strade Bianche sectors, forest double‑track and quiet ridge lines, with options that range from steady 70 km days to bigger 100–120 km epics. Mid‑week we dial things back for a cultural reset in Siena, all brick alleys, Gothic squares and espresso, or you can simply recover by the pool.

Transfers from/to Pisa (PSA) are included at set times; bike‑box transfers too. On the road, you’ll have GPX routes, mechanical assistance and plenty of café breaks. All meals are included while you’re on the ground, with a mix of rustic trattorias and vineyard tastings.

Bring a well‑maintained gravel bike on 40–45 mm tyres (tubeless encouraged) and pack a lightweight shell for changeable hill weather. E‑gravel is welcome; bike hire is available on request. Travel insurance is mandatory, please share your policy details before departure. Most of all, arrive ready for big Tuscan skies, cypress‑lined horizons and that champagne gravel glow.
